Runner’s High Training

  We were all created to do great things, but I believe that we have to approach training differently for each specific person. This can be based on many variables like, the person’s body type, motivations, schedule, strengths and weaknesses. I believe that the athlete’s highest chances of success relies upon a great team effort between athlete and coach. My positive mindset helps athletes to be able to find how to be intrinsically motivated. This helps someone take ownership and stay excited about training! Finding balance between training and life are the driving forces behind this coaching philosophy. Digging into what really drives and motivates you is important, but balancing all other aspects of your life is critical to avoid burnout. Your development as a runner must happen in rhythm within the flow of your daily life.
